The scene in Tahoe

Glorious Lake Tahoe! What else is there to say about the natural beauty of the water, surrounding forests and cute towns all around the lake? I know! The incredible music scene and many talented DJs from around the world who live and play out here.

I've been grateful enough to have connected with many talented local DJs who either run their own music collective or are apart of other's collective. The creativity in the production of each of these collectives is both impressive and inspiring. Individuals making a name for themselves by renting out local venues, providing sound systems, hiring DJs and marketing their shows has been a surge of energy for me. To be apart of the local music collectives has been a mission for me ever since moving here in May. Tahoe is a hub for both California and international DJs, and anytime you can live or visit a place like this is a privilege due to the immense talent and opportunities that are presented in that space.

I am so grateful to live here in Tahoe & to start to connect with all of the musical talent in the area. So many DJs that I have met so far have been kind, helpful and a joy to learn from. I am truly excited to stay in the area through the winter to be able to play and to continue to connect with everyone.
